Confidence and fear are basically different ends of the same spectrum. What has been noted over the years is that just because you may be confident in one area of your life for some reason that doesn’t necessarily translate into confidence across the board.
This is about eliminating the physical, mental and emotional reaction we experience when we become fearful, it is about taking that energy and turning it on it’s head, using it to drive you forward…rather than pull you backwards.
Fear is a very powerful energy, born out of past experiences that have become embedded beliefs. Mary will show you how by changing the experiences you can change the beliefs!
